Shipping + Returns
All orders are processed in 48 hours and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Once your order is with the carrier, we do not claim any responsibility. If your package is missing, delayed, or damaged, please contact the carrier directly.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We'll be happy to offer a return or replacement within 30 days of receipt on damaged items. Please note, refunds will not be offered on final sale products. If you received a damaged item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the item to receive a refund or replacement.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we also offer exchanges or store credit within 21 days of you receiving your order. To start this process, please contact us at email@example.com
